Help the people you let go find their next direction
findnewpath is a career-change app you can give people as part of their exit package. It’s for everyone leaving, whatever their role. From their CV and 30 quick questions, each person gets three directions that fit them, job ads for each, a new CV and one step to take each week.
What the people leaving get
In a pilot, each person gets a 90-day pass. It covers:
- Three directions that fit them, with the evidence for each: what they did, what they said and how they swiped.
- Job ads for each direction, from employers’ own hiring pages.
- A new CV for the direction they choose.
- One concrete step a week.
- Who they know at those companies, from their LinkedIn connections, if they choose to add them.
The pass lasts 90 days and never renews. They keep their CV and direction pages afterwards.
What you get
This is how pilots will work:
- Codes to hand out with the exit package.
- One invoice.
- One number: how many codes were used.
What you never see
The pass is for the person, not for you. You never see:
- Their answers.
- Their directions.
- Their CV.
- Their swipes.
- Whether a given person used their code.
This isn’t negotiable, and it won’t change for a bigger order. You also have no say in which directions we suggest.
How it differs from classic outplacement
- A tool, not a coach. People work through it on their own, at their own pace.
- For everyone leaving. Not only managers and senior staff.
- Starts the same day. No sessions to book. They can begin as soon as they have a code.
- Not a job board. It helps people choose a direction first, then links to the employer’s own job ad.
- No money from hiring. We don’t take money from employers for hiring, featured ads or access to candidates.
We can’t promise anyone a job. We help people choose a direction that fits and take the first steps toward it.

Questions employers ask
Can we see who used it?
No. You see one number: how many codes were used. You never see who used one, or anything they wrote, chose or swiped.
Is this a job board? Do you sell candidate data?
No to both. We help people work out which direction fits them, then link them to the employer’s own job ad. We don’t take money from employers for hiring, featured ads or access to candidates.
Does it work outside Israel?
Yes. The app is in English and runs in a web browser, so people can use it wherever they are.
How would people start?
In a pilot, each person gets a code with their exit package and uses it when they’re ready. Anyone can also start the free part today, without a code or a card.
