Accessibility
Everyone should be able to explore their next career step. We are working to make findnewpath usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and different screen sizes.
Our accessibility target
Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are reviewing the service against accessibility requirements relevant to Israel and the United States, including Israeli Standard 5568 where applicable.
Assessment is ongoing. We have not completed a full conformance evaluation of every page, interaction and downloadable document, and do not currently claim full WCAG conformance.
Using the website
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons. Skip links let you bypass repeated navigation.
- Use the labelled decision buttons as an alternative to swiping career and job cards.
- Use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge text. Public information pages adapt to narrow screens.
- Enable reduced motion in your device settings to reduce interface animations.
Testing and current limitations
Our review includes automated accessibility checks, inspection of headings and form labels, keyboard checks and narrow-screen checks. Automated checks cannot establish that a whole service is accessible.
Full screen-reader testing across browsers and devices is still needed, including the complete career questionnaire, account connections and generated CVs. Downloaded PDFs have not been verified as accessible tagged documents. External sign-in screens and employer websites have their own accessibility arrangements.
If a document or step is difficult to use, contact us and describe the information or task you need help with so we can discuss an accessible alternative.
Report a barrier or request help
Contact Lior Pesoa at hello@findnewpath.com for accessibility support.
Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. If helpful, include your browser, device and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability, medical information or your CV to report a problem.
