Using findnewpath

By using findnewpath, you agree to these terms with Lior Pesoa, the operator of findnewpath (“we” or “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information, including when you sign in with Google or another provider.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and sign-in provider secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Your content stays yours

You retain your rights in the CVs, answers, feedback and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including through the service providers described in our Privacy policy.

You must have the right to share submitted content, including information about other people. Review your profile and generated documents before sharing them or using them in an application.

Suggestions and AI-generated content

Career directions, skill interpretations, job matches and CV drafts are suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. You decide which suggestions to accept and are responsible for checking facts, qualifications and claims before relying on them.

We do not guarantee a job, interview, salary or career outcome. findnewpath does not make hiring decisions or provide legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use findnewpath to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate someone, submit malicious code, access someone else’s information, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. Do not use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users.

Other services and connected apps

Google, LinkedIn, external job sites and any apps you connect operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A listing or link is not an endorsement or a promise that an opportunity is still available. Review the permissions before connecting another app.

Our service and materials

We and our licensors retain rights in the findnewpath software, branding and service materials, apart from your content and third-party materials. You may use the service and its tools for their intended purpose; these terms do not transfer ownership of our software or branding to you.

Availability and ending use

Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. You can stop using findnewpath at any time and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy policy. Keep your own copies of documents you need.

We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements, and may discontinue the service. We will provide notice where required by law.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accurate results. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes where required. Updated terms apply prospectively; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
